Hey. We're always glad to help.

Were you thinking of joining this casino, though?

I hope that you took into consideration what Jaro wrote in his post.

Campeonbet scammed me of 300 EURO. They are constantly sending me offer for free bets and all kinds of bonuses and when I used the last one and won they removed everything from my account except for my deposit and told me they cannot disclose what rule I broke and how to avoid breaking it again in the future, just told me "If you do this things which we are not going to tell you what it is, we are going to remove your winnings again".

Hi, it would probably be good to find out what you broke when you were playing with the bonus. Did you read the terms and conditions so you know or can try to find out what might have happened?

Please show me what bonus you were playing with, maybe we can figure something out together.

Players often break the max bet rule, not realizing that there is a maximum cashout and so on.

The first time I used one of their bonuses I broke the max bet rule and I was totally ok with that. I replied to them that it was my mistake and I have no problem with it. I am talking about Sports betting bonus, but the rules are pretty straight forward honestly. I will attach here an image of the email offer and the bets I made after accepting the bonus and you tell me if you can see what rule did I break. I asked them many many times and they keep replying that They can't disclose the exact reason, they just quote a huge section of their Terms ranging from using VPN to sending forged documents and working with betting syndicates and its up to you to decide which one to pick. This weekend they sent me another offer and I asked - Are you going to confiscate my funds again if I accept this offer and they said "Only if you break the rules again" and I asked "Which rule so I know not to break it?" and they pretty much said "We can't tell you which rule". Its like a dialogue out of a comedy movie. They do not like when customers use bonuses yet they keep bombarding my email account with bonus offers basically begging me to deposit and play casino games and bet on sports. It makes no sense. They attract people like me who like spending casino money (I mean, thats the whole point of giving people bonuses and free bets, isnt it?!) and after they lure you in, they use their vague Terms and Conditions to deny you all your winnings, including those made with your own money. But you at CasinoGuru know that very well, I saw that you warn people against unfair terms, but it was too late for me. Finally I will add, my issue is with both Campeonbet and Evobet, they both belong to the same company and they confiscated my winnings, sending me emails about it in exactly the same time. Campeonbet took 400 euro which I won on the UEFA Super Cup final with their 100 EURO Free bet. On Evobet I used the same offer and won NOTHING. Then I proceeded to bet with my own deposit, and won around 140 EURO, which they took away which makes even less sense than what Campeonbet did. filefilefilefile

Campeonbet and all their sister sites keep sending me bonuses and they even want you to use them multiple times but they will probably claim bonus abuse if you do it

Oh, it's probably difficult to tell what might have happened from this. From what I've seen, it doesn't seem to me that anything could be broken.

I'll ask if you happened to claim both bonuses that you show in the two screenshots and both are active.

Based on the email from the casino, it seems to me that they suspected some kind of bonus abuse, or that you might have opened multiple accounts and taken the bonus, or something else. Based on what I saw in the terms and conditions, you apparently fulfilled the conditions.

Of course, casinos often don't tell you what you violated in order to protect themselves, which is quite common, and they only share the basic terms with you.

However, you can deduce from this whether you used a VPN or similar things that they described there. I would like to tell you that we will try to help you, but sports betting does not fall under our scope of authority, or rather, we do not have any experts in this field and therefore we would not be able to decide such cases objectively.

However, I can provide you with a few links that might be able to help you.

Try looking at them and filing a complaint there, and I think you will find out more.

You can find them here:

I hope it gets resolved and sorted out, and if you find out anything new, I would like you to let me know.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed.🤞

The offer is a one-time free bet with pretty straight forward terms and conditions - pick a sport and odds of 5.00 or less, it does not really leave much room for "abuse". I have an account with Campeonbet and Evobet, they are sister sites but they are two different sites after all and no where in their Terms does it say that you cannot have an account with all of them. I do not use a VPN because I do live in a country that is accepted by them to open an account and use their bonuses and offers (they are restricted for some countries despite the fact that you can open an account from them). I do not have multiple accounts, I have only 1. In 2025 I do not believe you can get away with such things. Also CasinoGuru and other similar sites are filled with complaints towards them for exactly the same reason, quoting the same Terms, so its not something strange it actually is a pretty standard practice by them.

Please tell me where can I send you private messages so I can keep you updated on what is happening with my 2 cases.

I understand, it also seems to me like something that wouldn't be abused, but if the casino thinks otherwise, and especially if we don't know exactly what it is, we can only guess. In any case, you can come back here and share what you've figured out here on our forum. Feel free to write about it in this thread.

It might be useful to other players at some point.

I'll be grateful to you.

Hope everything will be resolved.

Campeonbet is no longer licensed in Curacao, I received an email that they now operate under the Anjouan Internet Gaming License. It is confirmed on their website as well. Their sister sites are still under Curacao licenses
