Those are the bonus rules and you can't do anything about it.
Honestly, most bonuses are not so "juicy" if you consider all those associated rules. Sadly, the best no deposit bonuses are only available for new players as a welcome bonus so you can claim it only once. If I may guess, I'd assume that the email you mentioned referred to this fact.
Hey...Thanks for response I appreciate it. It was a get %100 bonus with deposit. Sure hurts losing 850$ that I thought I'd won but glad they at least paid out the $500. They did the worst trick on me! I got an email saying I won 10 free spins. I rotated and won a value, which I continued playing and reached a value of 280 reais!
