Worth a try. I am pretty sure the casino will not respond. The only time they have responded is when they were called a scam site . I think they were quite offended 🤣

I have before, the addiction will always be there. Which is why I have lots of measures in place to ensure I cannot bet, yet it's companies like this that take special measures to avoid being picked up by all these blocks I have put in. These companies prey on vulnerable people.

Not much going on here now .. anyone get their funds .. silly question 🤣🤣 I can kind of thank this casino as I havnt gambled now for about 5 months due to not trusting these online gambling sites .. maybe I have saved the money I lost here 🤣🤣 absolute scammers still disappointed but am sure I will save more money than I could of won . I doubt these guys will ever get any better

I've only seen one complaint from June this year that was resolved and the player said he finally got the money. The others apparently nothing.
However, I can see that it had a good side effect for you and when you stopped playing I think that's the biggest win. I hope it lasts as long as possible. 🙂

Hey I won 6k on one of their sister sites uestefday but realised after the fact I played a restricted game which is an exhaustive massive list. Just waiting for that email saying I’ve violated their terms lol it sucks. It’s put me off gambling now as it’s the biggest win I’ve ever had and I’ll never see it again and I won’t even get it

A massive list of the most popular games that are restricted while using a bonus.
Basically, they know people want to play popular games but make them restricted, so that means they never have to pay out. It's very smart really lol the bastards.

Most of the time those games are in the Terms and Conditions as the player below you said. Most of the time it's so that players have to check it out and there's no lock or anything like that.😕

They also add games to the list . If you look further on t&cs they reserve the right to add to the list so mayb wasn't restricted till you had a big win . People need to take note of the complaints and resolutions which are non existent. Its one thing depositing 30 40 50 quid amd losing it you can take that but to "win" thousands and have that taken away can do some mental damage and that's discusting and I don't understand how they continue to get away with it . I no longer gamble due to this which is 1 positive I took away .

yeah, I won 6k on saturday and they just voided the full thing yesterday. I'm done with slots I couldn't physically play them anymore after that

Mine took about 2 months .. delays with verification .. the day my account was verified they removed my funds due to " restricted game" my account reached over 4000 but I kind of started to work out I wouldn't get my money so played down to 2500 before they removed . A representative acknowledged the amount played (approx 300) did not really justify removing all my money but then they stopped responding. I believe my complaint was one of the first of many . 1 thing I would do if I was still gambling is check here for ratings and complaints or ensure you ony play regulated sites .

And I felt the same as you .. I lifted my gamstop ban and started playing uk sites but then decided to self exclude and stop altogether .
