There is something about 1win, when registering an account with them,they don't ask you to verify any of your contacts, be it your phone number nor your email address, you just register and deposit,and then you begin to play games on the site.

The only time you confirm a code from your email address is when you request a withdrawal.

I think not verifying a user in the beginning is also another form of duping!

What baffles me more is that most players tend to become unresponsive to their complaints, meanwhile at the end they don't get thier money back and casino guru end up rejecting the complaint, and I don't think that affects the casino in anyway!

I think 1win operates on low facilities that is not good enough to be able to identify fraudulent activities from playing games and winning.🤷‍♀️

I'm with deenah, we shouldn't relent, it will be better if we respond to the representatives trying to help us in getting our issue resolved.

For I can see the platform is almost tagged a scam/fraudulent company.

A company with 0.1 reputation out of 10...with the number of complaints at the moment, I think is almost thesame as fraudulent/scamming company.
