Θα ήθελα να επισημοποιήσω μια αξίωση έναντι του 1win.
Έχω μπλοκάρει αρκετές αναλήψεις, θα ήθελα τη βοήθειά σας για να προσπαθήσω να κάνω ανάληψη των ποσών, τα οποία απέκτησα στο καζίνο και τα αθλητικά στοιχήματα, μου έδωσαν 14 ημέρες για να επαληθεύσω τα έγγραφα και έχουν ήδη περάσει 19. Μέχρι σήμερα το πρωί είχα πρόσβαση στον λογαριασμό μου κανονικά, τώρα το απόγευμα δεν μπορώ να το κάνω πια. Η υποστήριξη μου ζήτησε να επικοινωνήσω με το security@1win.xyz καθώς ο λογαριασμός μου διερευνάται. Η υποστήριξη δεν μου έδωσε λεπτομέρειες, είπε ότι ήταν να επικοινωνήσει μαζί μου μέσω email που θα με περάσουν.
Έστειλα ήδη το email στην ασφάλεια πριν από 19 μέρες και δεν έλαβα απάντηση από αυτούς, θα πρέπει να στείλω περισσότερα email για να περιμένω όλο και περισσότερες μέρες;

Gostaria de formalizar uma reclamação contra a 1win.
Estou com vários saques travados, gostaria da ajuda de vocês para tentar sacar os valores, que obtive em casino e aposta esportiva, deram 14 dias de prazo para verificar os documentos e já se passaram 19. Até hoje de manhã estava conseguindo acessar minha conta normalmente, agora de tarde não consigo mais. O suporte pediu para entrar em contato com o security@1win.xyz pois minha conta está em averiguação. O suporte não me deu detalhes, disse que era para entrar em contato pelo e-mail que eles iriam me passar.
Ja enviei o e-mail para o security há 19 dias e não tive retorno deles, terei de enviar mais e-mails para ficar aguardando mais e mais dias ?
