I've sent multiple emails to so called license Holder and they didn't answer from March this year.

They simply refuse to give the details!

If I login with different email on the casino support they answer but very clueless, I've asked about license and they Said they are in process of renewal,but they give the same automatic answer for Months.

I don't understand how they even approach customers without a valid gambling license? HOA is this possible? We customers we don't have any options to debate or go against they're decisions... Without a strong gambling authorities they can do anything against they're customers,like they did with me! Simply refused to pay my raw balance and they Fabric fake scenarios about bonus abuse and refund. I think we should gather together and make a petition against this fraudulent organisation .if you look on Trustpilot platform they reply on my 1 start review with a fake course of events that didn't happen!

I discussed this with our team and they said that you can still see the license through some VPNs. However, given that Curacao is constantly updating the list, I would say that it is not entirely verifiable. 

So, the latest information I have is that we should set it as unverifiable in our review until Curacao publishes its list, and if it is there, we will reset it, and if it is not, we will remove it.

Μπορεί κάποιος να μου πει αν έχω λάβει πρόσφατα κάποια πληρωμή από την 1Red; Η δεύτερη πληρωμή μόλις εγκρίθηκε, αλλά δεν έχουν κατατεθεί ακόμη χρήματα από την πρώτη πληρωμή στον τραπεζικό μου λογαριασμό.

Προηγουμένως, οι πληρωμές γίνονταν πάντα άμεσες στον τραπεζικό μου λογαριασμό.

Άρα και για μένα έχει καθυστέρηση...

Ζήτησα 1000 στις 8 Απριλίου, 1000 στις 6 Αυγούστου και 1000 στις 8 Σεπτεμβρίου. Και τα τρία εγκρίθηκαν, αλλά δεν έχω λάβει ακόμα χρήματα. Έχω έναν VIP manager από το 1Red με τον οποίο μιλάω μέσω Telegram όταν έχω κάποιο πρόβλημα. Η απάντησή τους είναι η ίδια: τα χρήματα είναι καθ' οδόν και προφανώς το πρόβλημα είναι με τον τραπεζικό μου λογαριασμό. Λοιπόν, είναι ο ίδιος λογαριασμός όπως πριν όταν έκανα ανάληψη και λειτουργούσε καλά τότε. Θα περιμένω και θα δω, αλλά επαγγελματία πιλότο, σε παρακαλώ ενημέρωσέ με όταν λάβεις τα χρήματα.

If you've been waiting this long, I don't understand what they could still be dealing with. Based on what you're saying, have you been waiting a year? Why didn't you file a complaint when all this was happening? From what I've seen, you've already had problems with this casino regarding withdrawals before and you solved it.

Λυπούμαστε, υπάρχει κάποιο σφάλμα εδώ! Όλα τα αιτήματα ανάληψης υποβλήθηκαν τον Αύγουστο. Στις 04/08/2025,

06/08/2025 και 09/08/2025.

I understand that clearly. Nothing happens, mistakes happen sometimes. So, we give casinos 14 days to withdraw, if they fail, then we would try to help if you are interested.  

For now, I would be patient.  

However, when they told you that the problem is with your bank account, what exactly does that mean, what problem?

Did you ask if changing the payment method would help?

Όχι, το πρόβλημα είναι ότι ξαφνικά κερδίσατε μια μεγάλη νίκη και ανησυχείτε ότι το καζίνο δεν θα πληρώσει! Αλλά το 1red είναι δίκαιο και κρατάει τον λόγο του!

Is not true ,they blocked my account and confiscated 27.000 euro real balance and they didn't showed any proofs why . Not even to casino Guru officials. You can see my unsolved complain here .

So I don't agree with you're statement that they keep the promise!

Couple days ago deposited 4000cad win up to 30k first withdraw 1500 is ok take 24 hours, now is already 50hours for second one 2250 hope I have good luck to withdraw

They can block any account without any warning and without showing proofs of wrongdoing from you're side. And in top of that currently they don't have any license to operate from any gambling authority!
