Όχι, έχω επιλύσει το παράπονο και κατάφερα να το υποβάλω. Όσο για το Betwin360, είδα τώρα ότι επιτρέπουν αναλήψεις μόνο μέσω Postepay και κουπονιών, και μου είπαν ότι περιμένουν απάντηση από το τμήμα επειδή εξακολουθεί να μην λειτουργεί με κάρτες και τραπεζικές μεταφορές. Η συντήρηση διαρκεί συνήθως τόσο πολύ; Λέτε να μην ανησυχώ; Επειδή τώρα έχω ένα υπόλοιπο 1.000€ και φοβάμαι μήπως το χάσω.

Και σε κάθε περίπτωση, πρέπει να κάνω ανάληψη με τον ίδιο τρόπο που έκανα κατάθεση. Αλλά έχω μια ερώτηση: αν το πρόβλημα είναι η συντήρηση και έχουν μπλοκάρει τις αναλήψεις μέσω κάρτας και τις τραπεζικές μεταφορές, γιατί η κατάθεση λειτουργεί με τον ίδιο τρόπο; Αυτό είναι που με ανησυχεί και με κάνει να αναρωτιέμαι.

If the issue is really maintenance, it is strange that withdrawals are blocked but deposits still work. Normally, during genuine maintenance, both should be limited or temporarily unavailable. When only withdrawals are affected, it raises doubts because it means the system can still take money but not give it back. That's my opinion. On the other hand you told me that also withdrawals are possible with these 2 methods

Πρόσθεσαν το PayPal στις επιλογές ανάληψης χθες, αλλά επειδή μπορώ να κάνω ανάληψη με τον ίδιο τρόπο που κατάθεσα, χρειάζομαι οπωσδήποτε την μέθοδο της κάρτας, η οποία ακόμα δεν υπάρχει. Έχω υπόλοιπο 1.000€. Ελπίζω όλα να πάνε καλά, αλλά ανησυχώ. Η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών δεν απαντά.

Μου είπαν ότι μπορώ να κάνω ανάληψη μόνο με την ίδια μέθοδο που κατάθεσα, και για να προσπαθήσω να κάνω ανάληψη με PayPal θα έπρεπε να κάνω κατάθεση με την ίδια μέθοδο και ειλικρινά να βάλω περισσότερα χρήματα, με €1000 δεσμευμένο υπόλοιπο που με ενοχλεί λίγο.

Δεν μπορώ να ηρεμήσω, σήμερα το πρωί πρόσθεσαν το PayPal, τώρα το αφαίρεσαν ξανά και έχουν απομείνει μόνο το Postepay και τα κουπόνια. Είναι Παρασκευή, Σάββατο και Κυριακή σίγουρα δεν θα υπάρξει βοήθεια και ακόμα δεν μπορώ να λύσω το πρόβλημα.

5 ημέρες είναι πολύς χρόνος για να μην μπορεί μια ιστοσελίδα καζίνο να κάνει ανάληψη, κάτι δεν πάει καλά.

Αλλά αν ναι, πώς θα μπορούσατε να με βοηθήσετε; Δεν ξέρω σε ποιον άλλο να απευθυνθώ.

I don't know why they removed this method, but it probably isn't a problem for you since you said you wouldn't use PayPal anyway.

Γεια σας, θα έπρεπε να είχα λάβει απάντηση στο παράπονό μου μέχρι την Κυριακή 11. Είναι 15 και δεν έχω λάβει απάντηση από το Casino Guru, τον Matej στο Casino Guru μέσω email ή από το ίδιο το καζίνο εδώ και μέρες. Τι πρέπει να κάνω; Τι πρέπει να σκεφτώ;
