Unfortunately, I still haven't found any reliable contact details for SIS Art Union or Horizon Land, so I haven't been able to contact them directly.

I'm hoping the bank can identify the actual merchants or at least confirm the acquirer. I haven't received any refunds from either of them so far.

Have you heard anything about a possible connection to Cardaq or Xpate? I've seen both mentioned in discussions, but nothing confirmed for these particular transactions.

Thanks for letting me know. Did you manage to recover any money from TERFAST through chargebacks, or are those cases still pending?

I'm considering going straight to my bank now, since TERFAST isn't responding. Did Xpate actually help you at all, or did they just tell you to contact the merchant?

Please read.

I’ve had successful refunds from spin polo and Daytona spin and betmica.

They all have a security email address.

[email protected]

So now I’ve been going back through all casinos I’ve made deposits with in the past and putting:

security@support- first then whatever the rest of the email may be for that site. To see if they also have the same linked department.

It may work for you but if it doesn’t you’ll get an "email failed to send" email straight away.

In your first email I recommend sending proof of deposits by PDF bank statements. Also if your lucky enough to have them- screen shots of deposits made on your casino account too and name each descriptor on your bank. Plus some card details (middle covered).

Some refunds come back in like 4 days but others can take a long time but do come back eventually from experience.
