Question about Gambling websites with Curaçao license using incorrect Merchant Category code (σελίδα 1.605)

Είμαι από την Ισπανία και αυτά τα καζίνο είναι προφανώς απαγορευμένα στη χώρα επειδή δεν έχουν ισπανική άδεια. Οι Quickwin, Mystake και 22bet δεν συνεργάζονται φιλικά. Ξεκίνησα τις διαδικασίες με την τράπεζα σχετικά με τη συναλλαγή Mystake 11950 και απέρριψαν και τις δύο αξιώσεις (μία για πιστωτική κάρτα και η άλλη για συναλλαγή Openbanking εντός της πλατφόρμας καταθέσεων της Revolut). Και έλαβα επιστροφή 5000 από την 22bet αφού ενημέρωσα την τράπεζα και επισύναψα επίσημα έγγραφα.

Αυτή τη στιγμή διερευνούν μια καταγγελία για να δουν αν έχουν κάνει κάποιο λάθος. Δεν ξέρω τι μπορεί να συμβεί. Γνωρίζει κανείς;

Το τμήμα MyStake (ήμουν ήδη εγγεγραμμένος στο RGIAJ, αλλά η τράπεζα δεν το γνώριζε από εμένα· δεν ξέρω αν θα έπρεπε να το γνωρίζουν). Το ίδιο μοτίβο επαναλήφθηκε το 2024, με υψηλότερα ποσά.

Δεν ξέρω αν έπρεπε να είχε χτυπήσει κάποιος συναγερμός ή κάποιο είδος κλειδώματος.

Το τμήμα MyStake έχει κλιμακωθεί στην Τράπεζα της Ισπανίας.

Γνωρίζει κανείς αν αυτό είναι εφικτό; Ή πώς μπορώ να προχωρήσω; Τι πρέπει να κάνω; Κάποια εμπειρία;

Hi everyone. I've come across six more merchant descriptors:

VORQEL - DREMIN - KALFEX - RENQOR - TAVMIX - BRELTO

Has anyone dealt with any of these or found contact details? I'm particularly interested in whether they might be connected to Xpate or Walleto.

I'm having trouble withdrawing my winnings, and the merchants aren't offering any refunds either. I'm trying to identify who processed the payments before going ahead with chargebacks.

Hopefully the remaining chargebacks will go the same way. At least your bank is still processing them, even if Walleto isn't responding.

Did Walleto challenge the first chargeback, or was it resolved without them submitting any evidence? I'm curious whether they might contest the remaining transactions.

Sure, I’ll let you know if my bank provides anything useful. I’m still waiting for the exact MCC and Acquirer ID for jusdot5 and jusski6.

It would be interesting to see whether both banks have the same information, especially since Xpate seems to be connected to several other descriptors as well.

Have you tried contacting the merchant directly, or are you still trying to identify them? I'm wondering if anyone has actually managed to get a refund from SIS Art Union or Horizon Land.

Have you managed to get any response from either of them, or are your emails being ignored? I'm starting to think chargebacks may be the only realistic option if we can't identify the merchants or get a response from the acquirer.

Will do. I'm keeping track of both vercs2 and tokdom, so I'll post an update as soon as I hear anything from my bank.

Hopefully the remaining cases will be resolved soon. If Xpate submits any more documents, I'll check them carefully and challenge anything that doesn't match the transactions. I'll let you know how it goes.
