Γεια σας. Από όσο καταλαβαίνω, τα 500€ είναι η χρέωση για τη διαδικασία διαιτησίας του συστήματος πληρωμών. Το σύστημα πληρωμών λαμβάνει στη συνέχεια την τελική απόφαση για την υπόθεση. Εάν δεν κάνω λάθος και ο έμπορος κερδίσει, ο αιτών μπορεί να χρεωθεί με αυτήν την χρέωση των 500€. Σωστά;
