This post has put me at ease some what. I have done most of the points on this already. Im currently at stage 4 with the fos. Its fingers crossed now I have done everything possible from my side. Monzo decline every single one of my chargeback requests. However by submitting these chargebacks its made some of my merchants voluntary refund. Ive managed to claw back 7k out of 21k sent via my merchants to these casinos (rolletto and velobet). Here's hoping the fos takes my side and I win my case for the remaining sum. How successful have you been?

Hopeful for you man. Most of mine are through revolut which I’ve had no luck with 🙁. I have had absolutely no luck with any of the santeda group though for any of my cards which is annoying but i need to push further i think. I have refunded 130£ so far all from CNSLTITANS out of a ridiculous amount I don’t even want to get into it. Been promised about 200£ more and when my other credit card dispute if the same providers give it that should be like 1k so we’re getting somewhere at least I hope.

Hi. I’ve got it. Xpate are the worst scammers I’ve ever seen, and so are the people they work with. A refund isn’t realistic. You can file a chargeback, but the bank might close your account if you file too many, since they’ll consider you a high-risk customer. After the chargeback, they’ll dispute it. Then you have to decide whether to pursue it further or drop the case, since they deduct 500 euros from your account for each subsequent case. If you win, they’ll refund it; if not, you’ll be out of pocket.

Yeah revolut not great for chargebacks. I managed to get 400 for one merchant (mirai) on rev and rev refunded for another one (guardians) off there own backs. The other 6 merchants I have on rev have been unsuccessful.

They finally replied to me yesterday - this has been going on since May! Just waiting for refunds to hit so I’ll keep you updated

Ivy Pay are the company who processes the transactions for them - within their own terms and conditions they don’t allow companies to be using their payment processing for illegal gambling.

Definitely try it - Kryptonim outright refused refunds but Ivy have came back asking for proof of the casino using them (without telling us they are getting you to buy crypto etc) I just sent screenshots of the website etc and it seems to have worked.

Great news well done. All of the casinos I used I have since closed so don’t have much evidence apart from bank statements etc
