Write a email and say this to them. I never filled in any form

I emailed them already listing transactions and codes and advised it wasn’t made by me etc. they said they have to raise proper complaints now and you have to list the transaction references from the bank

Hi, rogue one but I have done multiple chargebacks with Lloyds and have all given me a temp refund there abouts. I got a text message today saying "we’ve reviewed the activity on your account and have made the decision to close any account held under your name". Can anyone help me out? Will I get a flag on my credit report? Can I call ask for it to be changed? Really not sure what to do, any help will be appreciated 👍

I think you have to go in at the angle of wrong merchant code. As you’ll have received the goods/ services to gamble albeit under a dodgy merchant name.

I might be wrong though, just what I’ve read somewhere.
