I dunno how anyone’s getting refunds, I’ve had radio silence from every merchant including DSARS.
those who have raised DSARS did you get any initial confirmation and has anyone had any?
Monzo and Barclays have both refused to help as well. Just stuck atm

Xpate ltd …FCA regulated , they dont refund send you to merchant …just report to FCA

Has anyone else experienced something similar at Daytonaspin Casino? I made a deposit, the money was debited from my card, and my bank statement shows the code PBC*twbz. The funds haven’t appeared in my casino balance. I messaged them via live chat — they just shrugged it off, even though the bank confirms the transfer went through successfully. What should I do, and how can I get through to them?
