Hey I’d rather keep things on here but basically I had the following:

• Proof my gambling block was in place at the time (screenshot with a text to confirm)

• Deposit log from the casino with timestamps

• Timestamps of the transactions on my bank which showed they matched

• VISA 12.7 invalid data policy

• Multiple emails to the merchants explaining transaction laundering (proof of contact)

• MCC the merchant used

• Chargebacks raised within 75 calendar days of transaction date


You need to be able to prove the transactions would not have been processed had the merchant used the correct details


Also this only has a chance of working one time so raise all your transactions at once.


And finally if you do end up getting money back please don’t use casinos again

Oh this is my problem, I didn’t have the gambling block turned on as it was a newish bank account 🥹 I am registered to Gamstop but I know that doesn’t prevent transactions
