Dont send them screenshots as there linked to more discriptors than u think , i emailed them over 1 certain discriptor and then stated there is alot more linked to them on my bank tjen was refubded

So just say they have took alot of charges from your vank and you havent recived anything from them etc stay on them tho be persistant , good luck
