I had same happen but got 10k back after I raised a complaint, discussed it in detail with the complaint manager and was very honest but it took about three months to resolve. They have then subsequently "reviewed" my account and closed it with no notice, which I’m appealing but unlikely to be successful with (so another complaint).


also worth noting Lloyds stick quite stubbornly to a 75 day window for chargebacks but you can appeal that as well if there’s a good reason you didn’t raise chargebacks before this.

I got this email from them! I sent a reply back basically saying their statement was false and their platform is used to process transactions etc, they eventually responded saying they were investigating their role in the transactions but that was 2 months ago and just never responded back after that

Having no luck with any merchants - even ones people are getting responses/ refunds for. Currently have one chargeback open and had a few over the last year. How many are people raising? Always get scared to raise them in case it looks too many? RBS usually will be helpful but Starling just reject straight away.

Oh have you haha I didn’t realise heads up my ass with it all so many 🤣 I’ve emailed so many and all the ones you give me and others off here and no one cares not one reply lately and email them like 20 times a day lol. That Usupport has stopped responding to me after sending that petty £25, pay secure and expert dress not replied either. Whole thing is a jokeeeee 😞
