I am writing to formally request an immediate refund of payments made to your company
This transaction appears to be linked to companies operating unlawfully within the United Kingdom. I am extremely concerned about the nature of this payment and the way it has been processed.
Please treat this as a formal notice requiring prompt resolution. If the refund is not issued without delay, I will have no alternative but to escalate this matter to the relevant regulatory authorities and pursue it further through the appropriate official channels.
I expect confirmation of the refund as soon as possible.

Cheers just sent it only £206 but it is one less to worry about hopefully do they refund fast 😜

I’ve raised chargebacks for Hupeiwe, Lloyds have been brilliant tbf with VISA 12.7

I won my chargeback for HUPEIWE but unfortunately the bank will not proceed with similar transactions around that time with Payver LVR, POLYTEO, AIRBEXE and RASKE LTD.

Basically HUPEIWE were the first of many transactions and they said that others would have been done with knowledge on the lack of licensing. There's a bit more context but that's the gist based on the evidence I shared.
For me the biggest one (besides PayOp/TransferOp) is Payver LVR. I managed to contact them a few times and get a response, but they've said that they will only investigate transactions following a formal inquiry from my bank.

So frustrating isn’t it. TransferOp never replied to me even after quoting their T&Cs re unlicensed gambling. I have a couple with Hupeiwe but I’ve only raised one as I’m cautious it might flag with the bank. Unfortunately all my transactions are £300+ so the amounts are a lot harder to get back
