Has anyone been successful with Lloyds Bank? I've only had experience with Revolute before for chargebacks. I don't know if to say services not received (try and email the merchants) or push wrong MCC as it's VISA and I 'think' they're a little better than Mastercard who straight out turn down when Gambling is mentioned. I'd really like some opinions which to go forward with....

Ive mentioned gambling everytime with monzo. Had several refunds from some merchants but monzo have been useless so I've went to the ombudsman and complained.

im 100% sure that Cardaq have some involvement with imgvibes transaction, I’ve emailed Cardaq sooo many times and requested DSAR but they do just ignore

I was completely honest with Lloyds, stated Visa 12.7. I had to sign a letter to visa and send to Lloyds but I got all my funds back

Could I maybe email you to get a bit more information! I’m worried as I was fully verified with the casino too - and on my first deposits a month ago I had to send statements matching to the deposits … but I’m assuming when they contact the merchant it won’t actually be the casino they’re talking to however worried the casino can supply this information to the merchant that is on the statement

So I just received this response from a company

While the receipts you attached do belong to us, it’s possible that your card may have been used without your knowledge. In this case, we recommend contacting your bank and requesting a chargeback. Please note that as a merchant, we strictly follow the procedures set by Visa and MasterCard, and do not retain the funds in such situations.

If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to reach out.



this is outside the chargeback window so doubt my bank will help with it

Most of mine with Lloyds, had temp refunds for 99% of them. Say misrepresentation, not received service and wrong MCC code. If you have gambling block on your card is also quite helpful as well

Anyone had any luck with Passpoint Sp Zoo, MIXCREDE and MTL Top Up recently. I’ve emailed them all and either had no reply or "can’t find your details".

Tried all the different emails on here, Mtl is team user support email apparently. And Passpoint is do with Ivy pay, had no reply
