Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. when I first realised this about these gambling companies 4 years ago I think I raised around 20 in the space of 3 months. Since then Iv been blocked and they only assist me if I have replies from merchants

MLS ast I need them but don’t think it was cardaq that processed them as on the day mls was transacted they wasn’t in the processors - although I’ve tried cardaq too for some other transactions and managed to get some individual emails too for some of their staff in compliance

Something along the lines of


I didn’t know the casino wasn’t registered in the uk - they have no legal license.


They take payments by changing the MCC code to avoid banks stopping the payments.


they target players registered on gamstop


Fail to process withdrawals - closure of account - no responsible gambling policy.


essentially service not provided by them due to a number of failures
