I have tried chargeback through my bank, but they are non cooperative so far still trying my case through chargeback though.

If there is a prick here that is charging compulsive gambling addicts to try and deal with these scam merchants and fraud casinos, he should already be removed. Or make his location known, we can meet up and see how that goes.
