Theyve refunded me three out of about 25 transactions so far
they are also Astoredo
I had to email multiple times and they asked for information id already sent, then finally yesterday they asked for first 6 and last 4 digits of card which I gave and then about three hours later first refunds came through. chasing for rest.

Interestingly the latter shows a residential address on my csv bank statement and when Google it has about 10 random businesses none of which are gambling sites.
I've relapsed and spent 6k in a week. My bank hasn't flagged it and has allowed to continue. My own doing I know 😢
