I believe it Skycom online s.r.o .. there’s also a contact number on there, I rang the bloke up and than sent him list of my transactions, he’s been reading my texts but just ignores me now, rang him again and he’s very unbothered just says he will wait for authorities to contact him!

Are there losers running the banks, or am I just being overly sensitive? My bank claims that if the seller doesn't respond within 30 days, they give them another 30 days to respond, which even contradicts their official statements on their website. I want to make an offer to all of you here — if anyone can help me, because honestly, I have no more patience left. I’m exhausted from searching for a merchant, getting rejected by banks, etc.


I have several transactions made in the last month through Revolut, and a few months ago I had 14 successful disputes, where I proved my case by explaining that the merchant was involved in misrepresentation and misleading practices, according to Visa Section 15.1.


However, in my most recent dispute, the bank rejected it immediately after I mentioned casino/gambling.


Now, I have some transactions worth around €5,000 from the last month made with my credit and debit card, and I want to try chargebacks for "goods and services not received". But the bank is asking questions and requesting evidence, and I’m not sure how to respond.


I also have about €4,500 from around 23 months ago related to Naudapy, which were made via bank transfer.


If anyone reads this and has had successful chargeback cases, I’d like to offer 20% of the money I recover from these chargebacks in exchange for help with the process.
