Chacha.bet (Previously Lala.bet) has made multiple promises that my refund will be returned, yet they always lie and stall. They even told me there were problems with the payment provider to why I have not received it yet. This was promised to be paid on the 18th of september, and I am still waiting. Everyday I join chat where it just gets stalled and every email I sent gets ignored.
