I gave this site more than enough chances. But it's the same old same old. Not only do they take take take and more take after you win when you first join, they also SCAM you with FAKE promotions. I opted in in a promotion last week Friday 11th. The promotion was deposit £50 and wager it on a slot machine to receive 50 free spins by 5pm Monday. I did not receive any 50 free spins. I was asked via chat do I have the screenshot to the promotion. Of course I did not have the screenshot to the promotion. Why would I screenshot the promotion if it was genuine? Need I say more on on this. Because of their scam I have emailed asking for a subject access request. When I receive this information I will then forward it on to IBAS and the gambling commission. I will also put in a complaint with Casino Guru. Regarding the positive 5 star reviews they are FAKE. They ask you to write positive reviews for £5 bonus. Also look at the people who write these reviews. They have NOT written a single review anywhere else. I wonder how long it will be before ivy casino have to surrender their licence?

I deposited £25 won £175 tried to withdraw £200 but was only refunded my deposit of £25 the SCUMBAGS then closed my account. They do accept players from the UK. So not sure why here it says they don't? Stay clear people. By the way it does accept players from the UK. I'm from the UK myself.

This is the complaint I have just sent to heyspin . . . I strongly advise you NOT to ignore this complaint. My complaint is about you closing my account for no reason. And charging me a withdrawal fee of £110 amongst the rest. I have just had confirmation from Debbie Carter from the gambling commission that you should NOT have charged me a fee of £110 and advised me to put in this complaint. So that's what I am doing. You are in breach of contract. I want all fees refunded to me. And a full explanation as to why you closed my account? Ignore this? And you will be contacted by the gambling commission. And also IBAS.

Below is the review I posted on trust pilot regarding quinnbet. And of what happened within 1 minute of quinnbet replying.

Just like any other betting site. They are ok when you first join. But after a while it becomes annoying. It states withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. It's gone past 24 hours. And my withdrawal is still pending.

Update: within 1 minute after quinnbet replies to this review I get this email from them . . .

Complete MORONS. Close my account telling me I had a duplicate account. This was a LIE. They just do NOT like it when you win. And will tell you any excuse to close your account. It's the same with 99% of online gambling companies today. If you keep depositing and never profit, then that's ok. They will NEVER close your account. But when you win it's a different matter.
