In my opinion, there are more issues than just FunID's account, so let me add a note for anyone in this thread. If you can't withdraw from any casino, no matter the payment option, for longer than 14 full days, you are welcome to submit a complaint, because that's what the Complaint Team does daily. https://casino.guru/complaints/create 👈 If you, however, struggle with the e-wallet, for example, verifying your e-wallet account or payouts, we are sadly, but very likely, out of the game. My advice is: Whenever it is difficult to distinguish between those two scenarios, submit the complaint anyway, describe the matter the best you can and my colleagues will determine whether there is something they can do. Complaints are still free of any charges, so you do not risk anything, I'd say.

Hello, if I may, I would like to say that FUnID is an e-wallet, while fun88 is a casino. I guess you confused those two. However, you made a significant error by funding both accounts using the same bank account at the the online casino—if this is what happened. I understand you are upset, yet if you are not familiar with basic rules or have no experience with playing in online casinos, you should read the rules in the first place.

I honestly don't know, and I didn't receive any warning from Fun88. I thought that once my bank account and gaming account were verified, everything was fine.

That's right. I played at the Fun88 casino and transferred money from my bank account to my Fun88 account to play. I didn’t know that using two player accounts with the same bank account for deposits and withdrawals, or sharing the same internet connection, was a violation. Fun88 had already verified both my player account and bank account as valid, and I never received any warning. So I believed everything was legitimate. After more than a month, they suddenly locked my account, which still had nearly $12,000 in it—a very large amount of money for me. I need help.

Sadly, the case could not be resolved as stated in the complaint:

"I apologize, but we are not able to proceed with this complaint. The use of multiple accounts on the same device suggests the utilization of multiple accounts by a single individual and it would be impossible to prove that it's not just one person playing in both accounts. Please note that it is very important not to share your device with others when accessing online casino accounts, as this can lead to complications and serious violations of casino terms."

I imagine this is a very hard lesson, and I empathize with you, but please, learn from it.

Seems like they are backed up doing withdrawals, My longest withdrawal took 8 days to be processed but all the others have been done within the 3 day time frame.


You can see their holdings and transactions on the block chain and they have over a million USD on hold so they aren't going bust if thats any worry, and they are processing hundreds of crypto withdrawals per day.


Just give them a week or so and see if its in by then. Would be good of them to issue an email or notification on the FunID app to say withdrawals will take a bit longer than standard for the mean time too give everyone a bit of peace of mind.

For my last 2 withdrawals with FunID. Both withdrawals were processed within 5mins of each other, one was from 8 days prior to processing and the other was 2 days.

I think FunID has now been geoblocked in Australia. App and website doesnt work and has been blocked by Telstra. Only way i could log on was via a VPN

Just checked my apps still working fine although I avoid funid app now. Max withdrawal of $880 was a huge inconvenience considering I won big. Seemed like a tactic to spend the remaining balance whilst they delayed all my withdrawals for the past month. First withdrawals money in my account in hours. After winning big they came up with excuse after excuse. I also withdrawal and deposit via credit card
