so what does CasinoGuru really does? 😅 I saw a Post that shows that you have good relations with some operators and regulators from Curaçau .. but until now no one could help me 😅 why can’t you speak with any company? Its not like they are doing the right thing or doing legal stuff 😂 as for the eMoore N.V they are not just a compliance team… you should have good relations with them.. because they are managing/helping almost every Casino in Curaçau. They are license holders, regulators, complaince team, everything that a modern casino from Curaçau has to got.. They do the Service. They are the owners of TrustMore, and most of new and some oldschool Curaçau Casinos even got the same address from TrustMore.. yes, they rent off shore offices too.. so, I Think CasinoGuru have to Know the guys from the EM Group 😅 they are now present in Curaçau, Malta, Cyprus and Netherlands.

I understand it seems so obvious from your perspective; there is, however, another point of view. Currently, the Complaint Team consists of less than 25 people; there are currently 949 open complaints. Since we generally have good relationships with some authorities, these are discussed and maintained through conferences and meeting events. We have no chance to act on the player's behalf, not only because of the legal side of the problem but also because we do not have enough people. Though it is quite demanding, time is still running out for us to provide all these services for free. Every week, Petronela, the Complaint Team Leader, requests that the team raise their weekly maximums in order to continue taking on new cases.

Only need to perform KYC in accounts that deposit high values I think. But they do have to track players movements to see if don’t have addiction of for money laundry reasons.

Just avoid any casino with the license "Antiellphone". They never pay and they never answer any emails. I had 2 big cases here but the casino guru team wasn’t able to help me.

one with tsars casino where they could not find any withdrawal option for me for a period of over a month , resulting in me getting diss appointed and losing the money.

the other one was with favbet casino where i clearly asked for a self exclusion yet my account remained open and i lost over $5,000 which they refused to refund.

i contacted askgamblers, casinoguru, antillephone but nobody was able to help me .

any ideas guys?

Hi everyone,

Forget about help from the site of Antillephone N.V. I have two cases of Tritium Casino and Casinostars and they dont want to help me to get back my winnings. I think the Goverment of Curacao should close this Licenser forever.

Can we do anything to close their license forever? Like Gathering all the players damaged and submitting an official complaint to the Government of Curacao? Do you have any ideas?

Θα ήμουν εκεί με έναν καρδιακό παλμό. Έχω σκεφτεί κάτι τέτοιο. Και ίσως ένα δημόσιο παράπονο. Πρέπει να ασκηθεί πίεση. Το μόνο που τους ενδιαφέρει είναι η φήμη τους.

I am not able to respond to that from a legal standpoint, but gaming attorneys ought to know.

I have never personally looked into the connection between KYC and refunds. The fair aspect is the only thing that matters to me. Therefore, I would say you are severely disadvantaged if the casino has never intended to verify you for whatever reason. There will not be much of an opportunity for you to take your winnings out.

However, I would not request a refund or chargeback if you are unable to pass the KYC without any problems from the casino and you have an equal opportunity to play as everyone else.

That being said, I think the bank is not particularly interested in specifics when it comes to chargebacks. As a result, casinos are hesitant to accept players who have charged back across the casinos.

I'm sorry I can't do that for you because I'm not part of the Resolution Center. If you feel that the decision made about your case was incorrect, please make another request stating why it should be reconsidered.
