I am addressing the NDB issue for most of the sweepstakes casinos. And I am asking why is there none available for long term account holders? None? for any of them! I still love a couple of you guys. Lol but why is everything for new first timers? And yes one or two off you send NDBonuses some more than others and thats great it makes us feel appreciated and important. But most of the time with most of these casinos we get at most one doller a day for being active loyal account holders and logging in. But there are more of you that barely do that! Why? Hello good afternoon. So thank you for your thoughts and explanation. I understand and do agree with what you're saying and why . I guess just in my opinion if it was me and and one of the reasons I'm drawn back to the casinos over and over again, I'm drawn back too them because of how they treat me and I feel like there's a certain amount of Etiquette I guess you might say that people should have with their casinos. I feel like that should be both ways. Anyway with that being said. Yes I have had A few experiences where I felt like I should have a comp or a ndb and I ask for one I ended up asking for my Account deleted. I was very very unhappy there was one casino that I really liked and enjoyed and played for over a year and a 1/2 And deposited all the time I don't usually take nd bonuses. But they're certain circumstances that I will but I usually just play straight off so when I feel like I deserve one I deserve it they would not give it to me at all. And this happened I looked in my email and then there was a spins bonus but the account was no more. I still haven't played that Particular casino. And yes this has happened a few different times there's been different circumstances but but ultimately I usually don't look back once they do this it makes me really angry . I have also had the experience of going to redeem a substantial amount of winnings after after 3 or 4 times of trying to redeem and sending emails back to back just trying to contact customer service and so on until after a few days with not hearing anything the money was gone I had spent it all back they finally got in contact with me. This happened again with the same casino I gave it a second chance because ultimately this was my fault I spent it back I should have had more self control lol I believed all my information had been updated. I won again a substantial amount of money at once I tried to redeem but it wouldnt let me do to my info needed updating.contacting them because it would not let me redeem it kept telling me I needed to update some info well I had done all this when the had contacted over the previous experience. I tried and tried to reach anyone that would help me days later they contact me and It was as if they had never even read any of my emails at all and i had never talked to anyone. I'm talking about actually twice I let this happen and then I vowed never play this casino again.

I think I can perfectly understand how easily you can feel like "Ok, I'm a regular player, with regular deposits and what do I get for being so loyal to you guys?" And when you begin to feel like this in a casino with a super portion of good games, it can be a tragedy - so true.

Wow yes so many things you said I agree with, you take the words right out of my mouth and explained it way better. And yes that is the main reason I honestly love and remane loyal to these casinos I have picked to be my number 1,2,3. I honestly feel There's so many bad casinos out there. You know what? I think it's always far easier to comment on those bad things rather than honestly appreciate the good ones because I am sometimes inclined to take the positives into a common state of things. 😂😉.

Honestly, I think that one of the worst thing casinos can do to anybody is mistaken a common player for a bonus abuser or some organized fraud party. In such a case an ordinary player has no clue what's happening and as far as I can tell casinos do not share any details because of security so the whole situation can escalate quickly and become a complete mess. On top of all, the balance can be voided instantly. I have not experienced such a thing myself, but I'm sure it happens from time to time.

Hello and Happy Father's Day to all those Great Dads out there and some of those mothers that are moms and dads combined. Okay I have a question. Do you think that account holders should be given second and third chances if they've broken the rules or didn't follow guidelines? Or for that matter reverse that should account holders give a Casino second or third chances if they have been mistreated or had unfair circumstances? Yes , Maybe?

That would be a customer service decision which would go through a process of what rules were broken and well guidelines are just that (up to you for guidelines).Personally I dont give a casino a second chance if I feel they have done a dirty unless they come out and apologise as a good casino generally would and even Ive had complimentary crud and chips offered to come back. Unfair circumstances and are again your choice but mistreatment is a separate issue and generally should go through management and kachingo next minute they are funding you depending on the circumstances of course lol. All this is probably poor advice so dont listen to me rambling,go the the complaints section and let the Gurus deal with it is the best/fairest outcome for all.

It agree with you completely But I have bended t my rules in a couple occasions because to be very honest I Didn't know anything about online gaming when I started and I was not smart at all and I was not very honest honest not viciously or to be just deceitful but I just didn't know or really Read rules or think things through lol and there was a couple casinos that did let me start over new after I came back after a few years. There's one to This day that will not lol and it was years ago But I understand.I try my hardest to Keep my accounts in good standings and go out of my way to be a pleasant person to deal with.
