Everything was fine to begin with. 


However, after my most recent withdrawal request, I was asked to complete a video verification, which I submitted promptly.


Since then, there has been a significant delay. The verification has not been approved or even looked at as of yet. and as a result, my withdrawal remains pending in my balance.

It has now been over 72 hours since submission, with no update or communication regarding its status.

This is very disappointing, especially as I have made numerous withdrawals previously without any problems.

Hi Romi, Yes, have been checking and trying so hard. Still the same replies and nothing being done. Initial verification was fine and soon as you have a decent withdrawal they get funny.

I would suggest you give it some more time, and hopefully, by the end of the week, they will inform you about the verification and the withdrawal.

What do you say?

If there is no movement, our complaint team could intervene. We have to wait until the 14-day time period passes, though, before we can do anything.
