I have deposited 200 euros with no bonus and played roulette ending up at 406 euros. When I tried to withdraw they said verification process passport was easy and picture. However the nightmare started when I started uploading the proof of address. I uploaded 3 documents 1 bank statement and 2 government documents still they refused them. After that they won't allow me to withdraw money that I gambled and won fair and square. They won't respond in live chat in the beginning they responded after 2 attempts they stopped responding completely when they found out I wanted to withdraw the amount. I have sent emails to both support and kyc to proceed with verification method and allow me to receive money. However they refuse to respond to any emails or live chat requests. Stay away from this casino as they scam people from money they won from gambling fair and square.
I would like to say that all documents sent were in greek language as such it could be potentially the reason for not being verified as the info provided were in the English alphabet. However it shouldn't take a genius to realise that it's the same person.
I am here to clarify any potential issues and hopefully if not scammed receive my money.
Hi, I see that you've already filed a complaint about this problem, so we'll see what can be done. The best thing would be if the casino would tell you what the problem is and if it's in the language, you could have it translated. But since they don't answer you, I'm not sure you know what the real issue is. Have you had any new information since you wrote this ?

They verified after all, but have not sente.the money yet. They still wait so hopefully by next week they will send me the amount owed. I have not touched the amount so all is good.

They paid me all owed amount except for 56 euros, which I expect next few days until Friday hopefully after that I will close topic as there will be no outstanding amount left.
