Hello, i played a lot on this site, even became VIP. But unfortunately 2 weeks ago my account got blocked for an unkown reason. That day i deposited, withrew 20% of my deposit and after small play/bet i requested a withdrawal, next morning i tried to log in but an error account " account blocked ". I contacted VIP support and they said they won't approve my withdrawal and my account will not get unblocked but didn't say any specific reason. Could someone help me resolve this issue?

I had a really bad experience today. i deposited 40$ and they riped out of me 5$.(credited only 35$ they even send me one email saying your 35$ was deposited) fileThis is the first time i experience this, I reached them and they are investigating the incident.

They refuse my review and do not allow free speech or freedome of reviews. They monitor it heavy. Be careful when reading reviews to all. They are not legit and casinoguru controls what you write!

Try to check the spam folder in your email, just in case messages ended up there, and let us know if you have any updates.

Okay, so have you tried to figure out what might be causing this? Does the casino’s withdrawal section say that your withdrawal was successfully submitted? Have you contacted the casino or the payment provider? How long has it been since you requested the withdrawal, and when did you submit it?

Ήθελα να αναφέρω ένα πολύ δυσάρεστο περιστατικό.

Λίγες μέρες πριν εξαργυρώσω το εβδομαδιαίο cashback μου, ρώτησα στο chat της ιστοσελίδας ποιες ήταν οι προϋποθέσεις για να στοιχηματίσω το ποσό της επιστροφής μετρητών. Μου είπαν ότι το ποσό έπρεπε να στοιχηματιστεί τρεις φορές για να δικαιούμαι επιστροφή μετρητών και ότι ήταν ισοδύναμο με πραγματικά χρήματα.

Όταν κατέβασα το cashback σήμερα το πρωί, διαπίστωσα ότι το ποσό ήταν ισοδύναμο με μπόνους και οι συνθήκες παιχνιδιού ήταν x5 και όχι x3 και δεν ήταν διαθέσιμο σε όλα τα παιχνίδια. Όπως μου είχαν πει προηγουμένως.

Επισυνάπτω τα στιγμιότυπα οθόνης που επιβεβαιώνουν τα όσα ειπώθηκαν.
