I requested a €4,000 withdrawal on November 7th and promptly provided all requested documentation. In the last email I received, I was informed that everything was in order and that the payment department would proceed with the transaction. However, it has now been over 72 hours, and the withdrawal has still not been processed.

I wanted to bring this to everyone’s attention, as I am concerned about the delay. Should this issue persist, I consider filing a complaint with Casino.Guru

I simply found the casino on Google when I was searching for one. I couldn’t have known in advance that Winolot has a poor reputation. However, from reviewing complaints, I see that while payouts often take longer than expected, there isn’t evidence that players are never paid.

Could we invite a WinOlot Casino representative to this discussion to gain clarification on their procedures and why they are not trying to fix their reputation?

At WinOlot Casino I requested a €4,000 withdrawal on November 7th and promptly provided all requested documentation. However, it has now been over 86 hours, and the withdrawal has still not been processed.


I rarely gamble and have only deposited a total of €200, with no bonus funds or other incentives involved. I exclusively play live roulette.

I see, Google. To at least avoid the worst case scenario, it would be prudent to review the experiences of other players somewhere.
