So, do I understand correctly that it was winnings from some no-deposit bonus, right?

Was there any maximum withdrawal amount for this bonus, please, and did you play casino games or bet on sports?

How much do you still have left there?

Title: Verified my KYC, then confiscated my balance as "fraud" — with zero evidence

Be careful with Winna's sportsbook. Here's exactly what happened to me:

 1. Winna permanently restricted my sportsbook and said the reason "may include" a whole menu — value betting, late betting, arbitrage betting, or betting on fixed events. They never said which one applied to

me and openly stated they were "unable to provide further details."

 2. They then asked me to complete KYC. I submitted everything and my KYC was approved.

 3. Right after that, they voided my balance as "fraudulent sportsbook activity" and told me I could only withdraw up to my deposits — leaving $0.00 available.

What bothers me, and what every player should know:

 - They threw around serious words like "fraud" and even "fixed events" (which is a criminal accusation) but provided no evidence whatsoever and refused to specify anything.

 - They lump lawful betting (value/arbitrage) together with match-fixing and brand the whole thing "fraudulent." Those are not the same thing.

 - They had just verified my identity — so this isn't about a fake account or multi-accounting. They confirmed I'm a real, verified customer, then confiscated my winnings anyway.

 - Their model effectively lets them take any winnings they don't like and hide behind "we can't share details."

If you play their sportsbook and actually win, be ready for vague, unprovable "suspicious activity" accusations and a confiscated balance. Verified account ≠ safe winnings here. I've filed a formal complaint

and an escalation — posting this so other players go in with their eyes open.

Hi, what I don't quite understand is that the casino verified you and then took your money. If they had already mentioned some general things you might have violated and made you go through KYC, and then took your money anyway, that doesn’t make sense to me.

In any case, casinos often won’t tell you exactly what you did wrong, because they’re actually trying to protect themselves. In other words, almost every casino cites Terms and Conditions that are often very general.

But if you think you didn’t violate anything and that your money was taken unfairly, I would definitely pursue the matter further. There are some options and websites where you can file a complaint.

We can’t help you with this since it involves sports betting, which isn’t our area of expertise.

But here are a few websites if you’d prefer, and maybe they’ll be able to help you there.

These are the events I've bet on at Winn. I've lost a lot to bookmakers and casinos in my life. And when luck turns and you have several wins in a row, Winn simply doesn't refund your money. I can download my entire betting history; if you could explain where I broke the rules, I'd be grateful.

As I explained in my previous post, unfortunately we don't handle sports betting complaints, so we're quite limited in how we can help in cases like this.

I would recommend trying AskGamblers, as I mentioned before. They also deal with sports betting complaints, so they may be able to assist you further with your case.

Regarding the screenshot you shared, I honestly can't tell where you may have broken the rules. To me, it looks normal, but I can't make any conclusions because I don't have insight into the casino's sports betting system. I'm also only a forum administrator, so I can't evaluate your case the way complaint specialists or sports betting experts could.

I hope you'll be able to get a proper explanation and a fair resolution through the appropriate channel.

I had been playing daily at Winna since January 2025 and had deposited well over $250,000 USD in total.

In 2026, I started noticing several unusual issues. These included apparent changes to RTP tables in Plinko, missing "nonces" in my betting history (including records of supposed big wins that I never actually received), and promotions that were not paid out according to their stated rules, with inconsistent explanations provided when I raised the matter.

I won’t go into further detail, but in my experience, this is not a casino I would consider trustworthy anymore.

It's actually sad cause things started out fantastic and I saw myself playing here for years.

My advice: avoid at all cost or you'll get screwed over at a certain point...

Hello, if you ever want to share details and perhaps be part of an investigation into especially unpaid winnings gained from casino games, we will be here.

For now, thank you for sharing that, of course.

Hello and Thanks!

I did file a complaint covering all three issues. Unfortunately, it was rejected, and Casino Guru response only addressed one of the 3 issues: the 'RTP issue' while completely ignoring the other two.

Regarding the RTP issue, I don't believe my complaint was read carefully. My argument is not about RTP variance or short-term results. I fully understand how RTP and variance work.

My complaint is that the underlying probability tables from their " Plinko original game" was modified, which mathematically reduced the game's RTP below what was being advertised and is "standard" in the gambling scene. This wasn't a matter of bad luck or normal variance, it was a change to the game's actual probabilities that remained undisclosed for more than three months while the game continued to be advertised as 99% RTP (while running at an RTP lower than 98%).

Rejection by Casino Guru:

We cannot make a case based on what you are describing. All casino games operate under a predefined Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which ensures randomness and fairness over the long term but does not guarantee individual winnings. Short-term results can vary widely, and occasional losses or smaller wins are a normal part of gameplay. Sometimes you might get lucky and sometimes not; that's how casinos and casino games work. I would recommend reading our article about Payout ratio (RTP): https://casino.guru/learn-about-games-of-chance-rtp-variance

As you can see in the quote above, the response I received explained how RTP variance works, but that wasn't the issue I raised. It doesn't address the fact that the game's probability distribution had been modified, something that was later acknowledged by the casino itself by Winna e-mail/vip hosts and was also mentioned earlier on this forum about 3 months ago.

I'm planning to submit a separate complaint for the other 2 issues, in the hope they will be read carefully this time. Yesterday, I filed the second complaint regarding the may promotion, as the prizes were not paid out according to the stated terms and conditions.

The third issue concerns approximately 4,000 missing nonces from my betting history. Since those nonces are absent, there's no way to verify whether they were skipped entirely or determine how the corresponding bets were settled. One of those missing nonces is particularly concerning because it appears to correspond to a 1000x Plinko hit. I simply requested the bet slip for that Nonce, but after more than 80 days, I still haven't received it.

Since I'm only allowed to have one complaint open at a time, I'll have to be a bit patient.

Sorry for the wall of text

Best regards

Vara

Hello and you are welcome. I get that, because we are in no position of investigating RTP or the other aspects you mentioned. That's nothing new, and the guide states it if you want to read it. In any case, I was talking about the fact that the case about unpaid winnings was closed due to your inactivity. I thought it was a shame now that you are here talking about that publicly, because when it comes to unpaid winnings, we can at least try. That's all.

So, I guess we leave judgments for the proving part of the case. That's the point of investigations, I wager.

With all due respect, I think there may be some misunderstanding. The complaint (I only raised yesterday!) was not closed due to inactivity (not sure why you would say that). It was closed because, according to your response, Casino Guru is not in a position to investigate or verify the issues I raised, which is consistent with your guidelines.

Additionally, the other two issues I included in the complaint were not addressed. My concern is that the case appears to have been dismissed based solely on the RTP-related point, while the other matters were left unanswered.

I say this respectfully, but that is why I was confused by the reference to the complaint being closed due to inactivity, as that does not match what happened from my perspective.

Yes, I understand that, and I believe I mentioned that in my previous responses, starting 5 hours ago. Sadly, we cannot address RTP—hence the first rejected case; the rest, if submitted and backed up properly, will be addressed based on the mediator's decision, guided by the Fair Gambling Codex. I did not mention anything else while talking to you in this thread, did I? So honestly, I'm a bit confused too. But it does not matter; the point is that unpaid winnings are usualy the kind of thing my colleagues can step in.

The second issue was very well documented and supported by evidence, but it has disappeared from my complaints section. I can only assume it was rejected as well, although I never received an email or any explanation.

If this complaint was rejected based on Casino Guru's Fair Gambling Codex, that would genuinely surprise me, as the case appears to directly relate to the principles outlined in the Codex. The promotion was advertised as a Winna-exclusive promotion, but after the promotion ended, the rules were changed to state that the prize pool was shared across multiple casinos. Winna has refused to disclose which casinos allegedly participated or provide a list of winners, making the explanation impossible to verify.

The Fair Gambling Codex states that a fair casino should:

and

My complaint concerned exactly these points, so I do not understand why Casino Guru would consider it outside the scope of mediation.

I also don't understand why Casino Guru would be unable to mediate my first two complaints. These issues have now been outstanding for more than 80 days, and Winna's only response has been repeated requests to "be patient." There has been no meaningful update, supporting information, or resolution.

I hope Casino Guru will remain consistent with its role as an independent mediator and help facilitate a fair and transparent resolution instead of allowing these issues to remain unresolved.

I have now filed my third complaint, hoping this one will get accepted.

Well, it's up to the mediators to decide. I tried to explain that delayed or cancelled winnings are something they can work with, but the rest falls into their best application of the fair gambling codex in each concrete situation and may not meet anyone else's expectations.

Winna changed the conditions of my VIP Transfer promotion after I enrolled. Their original communications did not state that the $3,750 wager target had to be completed by June 8. Later, they sent an email stating the wager target bonus would expire if Platinum was not reached by June 8. I reached Platinum before that date, so I reasonably believed the wager target remained valid. After I completed the wagering requirement, Winna refused to pay the reward, claiming there was a separate June 8 deadline for the wager target itself—even though they have never been able to show me where that requirement was communicated.

Winna either ignores my question or deflects and provides a non-answer.

Hello and thanks for this precise observation. I'm assuming there is no way to track progress and deadlines anywhere in the account. That would, in my opinion, help avoid similar surprises. Well, thanks for sharing.

The attached is the answer I got from one VIP host. I’ve been given so many different "answers", however, not one VIP host or live support has actually been able to answer my question file

Thank you for showing that. I concluded the person is not aware of personalized offers provided by email. Makes sense, though I imagine how that sounds... I heard this same explanation before in various casinos; sadly, it means that there is no official tracker in the account, and concrete dates and conditions are included mostly in those emails or offers. Based on what you are now facing, I guess we can all see that this model is not ideal.

I don't understand the reasoning behind rejecting my Winna-review. The explanation states that it was rejected because my Casino Guru complaint was rejected. However, these are two separate matters and this seems like a non-reason.

A complaint assesses whether Casino Guru has the authority to handle the dispute and whether there are sufficient grounds to take action. A review, on the other hand, reflects a player's personal experience with a casino. The outcome of a complaint does not automatically mean that the player's experience is invalid or that the review violates any review guidelines.

If my review violates a specific provision of your review policy, could you please indicate which one? Otherwise, rejecting it solely because my complaint was rejected does not appear to be a substantive assessment of the review itself.

VARA1959

Hello, we believe it is unfair to approve a negative review based solely on a complaint that cannot even be recognized as a valid complaint. I believe we talked about that before. Assumptions and so on. And I mentioned the circumstances. This was it.

In the first review, you did not describe the situation, the casino's reaction, or the process. Instead, you focused on assessing what the casino should have done and what was, in your opinion, wrong. Without the events described in full. That's kind of related to your rejected complaint requests. It's not clear at all.

It would be different if you posted text explaining what happened, what the casino explained, what the result was, and what you see a problem with.

I just checked your second review attempt, and it seems ok, since it includes specifics and details anyone else can use to form their own opinion. Well done. The second one can be approved.

However, the manipulated games should be proven in the first place. GameCheck sees that differently, for example 👈👈👈

Thanks for publishing my review.

Regarding the "manipulated games" point, this is not merely an assumption. Winna themselves acknowledged the issue by publishing an incident report on March 10 - 2026 addressing the altered Plinko probability tables. In that same communication, they instructed affected users—including myself—to contact support for an individual review.

Unfortunately, in my case (and many others), that led nowhere. After repeatedly being told to "please be patient" for over 80 days, my tickets were closed without any resolution or explanation.

I've included the relevant screenshots below for reference.

I still think it is unfortunate that Casino Guru cannot intervene in this situation. To clarify, I did eventually receive a response from the casino representative (June 5th), but the explanation provided was not satisfactory and did not address the actual concerns I raised or align with the available information.

file

Just compare Winna’s incident report with Bennett’s response and let everyone form their own opinion. I have reviewed the information available and have already formed mine.
