I've deposited 14.8 K euro last year on this casino,the casino was accepting dutch players to register,later on the KSA authority fined this casino and mother company for illegally activity.
And yes,the casino immediately closed my account without refund!!!
Such a scam management!!!
You had an active balance there when they closed your account? Or you mean a refund of the lifetime deposits amount?
Funny thing is even when they are fined. Altho the netherlands revoked the fine because westcasino "blocked" dutch players. So they didnt get any fine in the end.
But if you look for example at trustpilot westcasino you still see that dutch players play at westcasino 😉.
So I guess sooner or later the Netherlands will step in again and give them even a higher fine.
Westcasino has indeed a bad managment.. never responds to complaints and ignore emails etc.

They waited until I had 0 balance,maybe I had couple of hundreds on balance but where bonus.....so they just suspended my account!
I had a very high VIP Level!!
I've sent 50 emails from my official email address,and another 50 emails from 3 different email addresses and they didn't reply for 8-9 months even to 1 single email

I've been updated: According to the Data Team, crypto payments "disappearance" is more likely tied to the local security situation in South America. Many frauds are committed using crypto these days.
I was told this is most likely the reason. No information indicates the MGA would regulate crypto payment usage.

I was not able,I wanted one time , I've fully verified my account I've sent dozens of documents for that and I was waiting like almost 2 weeks for verification.
I had a pending widrawal but was pending for 6-7 business days .Was not possible to widrawal because they had issues with Netherlands payment providers or something like that.
Until the end I've cancelled the widrawal...They keept pending because they knew that after long waiting I will cancel myself 🫢😄.
That was the last casino that I've played.
After I've completely stopped.
Be careful,they can close you're account at any time without any clear answers!
The casino is not controlled or revised by Netherlands.
They terms and conditions are not valid at all in Netherlands so they can trick players how they want!
Όταν άκουσαν για παράνομη λειτουργία στην Ολλανδία, έκλεισαν γρήγορα τον λογαριασμό μου και δεν απάντησαν πια στα email μου, τους έχω στείλει περισσότερα από 50 email ...εννοώ το συνολικό ποσό των καταθέσεων σε 8-9 μήνες.
Περίμεναν μέχρι να έχω 0 υπόλοιπο, ίσως είχα μερικές εκατοντάδες στο υπόλοιπο, αλλά πού μπόνους ..... έτσι απλά ανέστειλαν τον λογαριασμό μου!
Είχα πολύ υψηλό επίπεδο VIP!!

But when you were playing and won, you managed to withdraw your winnings and play as normally as every other users from other jurisdictions? I played here for a similar timeframe from time to time and withdrawals took on average 5 working days (skrill), as long as you were given the chance to play and withdraw normally, I'm not sure how eligible you are for refunds, I'm not truly aware of your local regulations, because being given a refund on all deposits the user made even when said user was able to withdraw normally sounds a bit off to me, it would be betting with no risk at all 🥴 in the case the account was closed with a balance on it then a refund makes sense, not only a refund of the deposit but a payout of the entire active balance the account has, but like I said, I'm not aware of the guidelines enforced by your regulator

There are casinos that treat all players fairly and they don't care about their nationality. Of course, that can cause them some legal issues with the local jurisdictions. But being illegal on a market or being a scam casino are two very different things. You can accept players from the certain jurisdiction legally, but you can still be the scammer casino.

Δεν κατάφερα, ήθελα μία φορά, έχω επαληθεύσει πλήρως τον λογαριασμό μου, έχω στείλει δεκάδες έγγραφα για αυτό και περίμενα σχεδόν 2 εβδομάδες για επαλήθευση.
Είχα μια εκκρεμότητα ανάληψης, αλλά εκκρεμούσα για 6-7 εργάσιμες ημέρες. Δεν ήταν δυνατή η ανάληψη επειδή είχαν προβλήματα με τους Ολλανδούς παρόχους πληρωμών ή κάτι τέτοιο.
Μέχρι το τέλος έχω ακυρώσει την απόσυρση...Συνέχιζαν να εκκρεμούν γιατί ήξεραν ότι μετά από πολύωρη αναμονή θα ακυρώσω τον εαυτό μου 🫢😄.
Αυτό ήταν το τελευταίο καζίνο που έπαιξα.
Αφού σταμάτησα τελείως.

I never said that they accept the players legally. If they don't have the Dutch license and they accept Dutch players, then then accept them illegally from the perspective of the Dutch law. But once again, it doesn't make them a scammer casino. There are casinos that accept players illegally, because they don't have the local license, but they still treat the players fairly and whenever they win fair and square, they'll get paid.
That's why I'm trying to explain the difference between illegal and scam casinos.
Gambling is dangerous,we are here because we used to gamble or some of us we still gamble...is sad that the human mind can be so easy fooled earnings.
The authoritys doesn't work hard to protect people who give a try on gambling...and they can easily get addicted....
