I guess I share quite a similar opinion on the AML wagering requirement. For me, it's truly hard to consider one general rule reasonable, since I'd say there's kind of an extreme difference between, let's say, a player whose weekly deposits merely hit €100 and a new player depositing €15k at once wagering through opposite bets on cards... I have no experience with the Hellenic Gaming Commission, but I like what you said about the wagering; it makes sense to me. I appreciate those insights. 👌

Message for the casino manager, as they are not responding to numerous emails and have blocked my account.

Subject: Urgent - Request for immediate refund / Unauthorized billing entity (Eltaris Ltd)

​Dear Support Team,

​I am contacting you regarding a deposit I recently made on your platform. On my bank statement, this transaction appears under the name of the billing entity Eltaris Ltd.

​Due to safety concerns, I contacted the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to verify this entity. They have just officially responded to me (see attached files 1000068316.jpg and 1000068317.jpg).

​The FCA explicitly states that:

​Eltaris Ltd is NOT registered on the Financial Services Register.

​This firm is NOT authorized by them to handle financial transactions.

​Operating through an unauthorized and unregistered financial entity is a serious breach of trust and safety regulations. Therefore, I demand:

​The immediate refund of my deposit to my original payment method.

​The permanent closure of my casino account and the complete deletion of my personal and financial data from your systems.

​If this matter is not resolved swiftly, I will forward this case to my bank's fraud department for a chargeback procedure, and I will report your platform to the relevant gambling commissions and European fraud authorities.

​I expect your prompt confirmation that the refund and account closure have been processed.

Hi, since I don't see the casino ever responding to this thread, I'm not sure if they'll see your post, but probably not. But even so, I'm glad you let us know what your situation is.

Since they've blocked you and aren't responding, to be honest, I'm not sure how I would proceed, whether I'd give it a little more time or go the chargeback route like you're suggesting.

What do you think? How do you see it?
