Trying to cash out 1k at a time since yesterday (total winnings 13k) had a max win on nolimit and another 4.500x on another slot. I know that checks are normal but i'm not getting any info except that "they're waiting for a reply from the relevant department". Just crossing fingers that i won't have to open complaint. Got an e-mail yesterday confirming that they are indeed doing a legitimacy check on the bets. Hoping it gets resolved quickly and i start receiving the money!

Just an update, i reached the 5k limit withdrawal last week. Got informed that i could withdraw again yesterday however there seems to be a bug at their system and it's still showing my limit as exhausted.
Talked to their live chat they told me i should be able to withdraw and delete cookies etc, however the problem is on their end, they said they'll check it out and contact me but so far no reply.
