What I wanted to say with my post was that when you have a problem you need to explain it clearly and describe what happened, because if someone just writes, they took my money, do something about it, then anyone can come here. Our team has to first investigate what happened in order to confront the casino, that's why I'm writing all this. 

As far as stopping the casino is concerned, we can't do anything about it. We can only recommend not to play here and try to help those who need it.
