It’s nonsense. Their KYC process will never end. Just today I went to verification page and it seems like they are asking for more documents. Only issue is that the form doesn’t show up. But I know that they are asking for more because there’s a red badge with a number 1. Also my account is still restricted and cannot make withdrawals

The same thing happened to me. In the chat, they pointed out that KYC information would only be provided via email and that I should wait for a reply. After four weeks, the KYC page was updated, and I was able to upload the requested documents. Yes, the KYC process was very lengthy, but Vegashero cooperated with CasinoGuru, and all subsequent payouts were processed reliably.

Please feel free to communicate everything through the complaints thread, and hopefully soon you will be able to withdraw your winnings.

Δεν μου έχουν ζητήσει τίποτα κατά τη διάρκεια της διαδικασίας KYC, τι μπορώ να κάνω;

In my opinion, when a casino claims there is no need for the verification, it may indicate that the problem could be somewhere else. What did they tell you in the last email, please?

Hi thanks for reply, the withdrawal is only 200 via my bank card I’ve also done an additional 50 pounds via crypto in the chance that would come through quicker, they have not asked for additional information and ensured my funds are safe and they are currently processing a high amount of transfers but I just feel it’s an unusually long amount of time to take fingers crossed that is the case and I can start withdrawing funds

Yeah, it seems long, especially if you have already verified your account before and were also able to withdraw money.

Μίλησα με vip manager , με chat μου λένε συνεχώς τα ίδια . δε μου ζήτησαν ποτέ ταυτοποίηση παρόλα αυτά έχω στείλει τα πάντα σε mail και στον vip . Hi, if they haven't asked for any verification, then everything is fine. 

As for withdrawals, have you received any money yet? I know the casino probably won't pay out such a large amount all at once, so you'll likely have to adjust to receiving smaller amounts over time. According to our review, the casino has a daily limit of 500, so 800 is still pretty okay; I guess it depends on your VIP level. Besides, I saw that they have 7k per month, so you should definitely get that within a month by withdrawing the money. If that doesn’t happen, then I’d appreciate it if you’d get in touch and let me know.

For now, though, I’d be patient and wait to see how it goes.

I firmly believe you’ll get everything, not just a portion. But definitely don’t gamble with the money if it takes even longer, because casinos often rely on that. I also saw how the casino communicated with our team regarding some complaints from January, so I believe that you’ll eventually get everything you’re owed if you haven’t done anything wrong.
