Ζητήθηκε διαβατήριο - αρνήθηκα να τους το δώσω. Είπε ότι φτάνει που έστειλε ταυτότητα και δίπλωμα οδήγησης.

Απόψε έπαιξα σκόπιμα όλα τα χρήματα στον λογαριασμό και έλαβα αμέσως μια ειδοποίηση για την πλήρη επαλήθευση του λογαριασμού. Δεν χρειαζόμουν πλέον το διαβατήριό μου. Ο λογαριασμός επαληθεύεται άμεσα. Με τα έγγραφα που παρέθεσα νωρίτερα. Αυτό περίμεναν. Δεν ξέρω πώς κατέληξες στο συμπέρασμά μου. 🙂

Kindly mind avoiding showing such documents publicly! It's not safe.

I suggest you ask the casino for a proper explanation.

Usually, for statements cropped files and screenshots are not allowed - mostly. The preferred format is .pdf

It would be good to know the purpose of the requested document to ensure it provides the necessary information. For example, as proof of address, the bank statement in the form of .pdf would be better than a picture of some post slip.

If you feel like you can't help yourself stop playing in such a situation I would strongly advise you to verify your account in advance. This is the best way to void unnecessary delays once you win. Every decent casino allows players to undergo verification per request.

Any chance to set up gambling limits while you struggle? It should prevent you from losing, I'd say.

Oh, I see! The casino should be aware of that. 🤔 It's pointless requesting banking history or statements when you only used this kind of card.

My request for the withdrawal of the money I had won in the amount of $13000 was rejected even after submitting my identification details on 4 separate occasions. After sending emails to confirm my ID and complaining about the way I was treated, I was permanently blocked from my account and the $13000 I had won was confiscated. They obviously had no intentions of paying me even though I had provided identification documents. They didn't mind taking my money when I deposited funds into my account and lost.
