I have been trying to withdraw from superboss for a month now and every withdrawal is rejected. I deposited with revolut which they now have removed as a withdrawal option so they just tell me use another but then when its rejected they just tell me " try again " but it doesnt work. They are telling me to use crypto to deposit and withdraw but surely I shouldnt have to do that? I just want to withdraw my money in real money and not crypto please help me.

So, I believe they should advise you which method you could use except crypto if you don't want to use it, of course. It has been way too long, and you are going in circles, as I can understand.🤷‍♀️

file file file They tell me to wirhdraw with sepa and that its ok that i havent deposited with sepa, obviously because it doesnr even exist? they only have crypto that matches deposit and withdrawal so obviously it should spel but they keep getting rejected and every time they just say try again its probably techincsl difficutlies but yes I havent been able to withdraw for months and I have tried all methods can you please help me, I get a strong feeling they just dont want me to withdraw.

But isn't SEPA payment done through the bank transfer, though? 🤔 I believe it is.

Hi all. Anyone actually received a withdrawal here in the time specified? 30 mins to 24 hours?

I am fully verified and have been depositing with crypto but the withdrawal seems to be delayed for no reason

Hi. I received one and then the other was just sat for 2 days despite both being raised at the same time. I ended up spending the rest but it’s wrong that they keep the balance on your account even with withdrawal requests open

No unfortunately not and the frustrating thing was my balance was much higher than the £300 that I requested to withdraw for 48 hours. It didn’t make sense why it wasn’t paid. The first one was paid whilst I was still spinning the slots

I haven’t played since. It is a shame though as the games are brilliant but the pay outs are really bad

I tried them again tonight. Deposit 100. Won 400. Tried to withdraw but they keep it in the balance. Tried closing account but you can’t get paid if the account is closed so I left it. Ended up going back and losing it. It’s so wrong. Their rating should be really low on here

If you have money on the balance but close the account, they won’t pay out the winnings
