Today I Chat with winner casino and superb bet at the same time , and I got same agent from both websites . Both these websites run by same person or company and when you ask them , they deny this . Is there any legal forum we can get any help ? Do they have any address ? Are they registered anywhere? If they are doing cyber crimes , they must be reported by lots of people and if so why are they still easily accessible online ? I have lots of questions , Is there anyone who can help me out , even I am ready to pay to take them to court , I want justice . I am tired of there same repeated exuses and same scripts from last 6,7 months ..I really need my money back at any cost .. if it was a small amount , I would never bother and just gave them as charity..

I think everything has been pretty well explained and it's probably best if it doesn't go too far. I believe it is good to warn the players not in the sense of making them stupid, but for their own good. If that's something you consider wrong then I don't know what to tell you.

Hi, I have a feeling that with such a casino and such a long time, it will be very difficult to get your money back. The casino is unlicensed, so there is not much to turn to, at most some lawyer. I don't know of any legal forum but I'm sure there might be one and if you search you'll find it.
However, I know we've talked about this enough and it will probably be difficult to get justice,
But I'd be very happy if you could somehow get your money, with anyone's help.

I haven't.
I have started a Visa chargeback claim to get my deposit of £100 back but my balance is £759, waiting since 18th Jan.

Today i again contacted superb bet and told them that i am facing financial problems and in so much stress as its a huge amount , and if i get these funds will give me big relief. They don't bother at all and doesn't matter if someone is suffering. Still there website is active and running . I dont know where this will end up as now it is everyday stress .. If it was up to £1000 i would forget it .. but my deposit was around £3500 . Its not easy .. Did anyone has any luck .. And any advice for legal proceedings please,,

This deposit was in 2 websites , superb and winner , i deposit because I knew I will recover my loss which I did . Now £8500 stuck in both casinos . After yesterday Chat , now I can’t even chat with them

My god,i'm so sorry for you,but i still cant get it off my head that you deposit so much money in site that you probably never even withdrawn any money and actually get it,personally i deposit only 100e and try to withdraw as soon as possible just to know are they paying even that,still it pisses me off,no matter what size you withdraw and you dont get it,i know you have a lot of money in,but if i were you,i would stop lying to my self cause you never going to get those money from there, period.

As long as I am connected to my WiFi I can’t see the chat option , when I am off WiFi then it comes back . But Chat or no Chat is the same , I just don’t understand how they operate this business from years . Is there no law for such dogs . Are they above everything,, ?

I have no idea how they are getting away with it, it's beyond belief.
Somebody on Trustpilot says report them to UKGC and IBAS but I am not sure what good it will do.

I contacted IBAS and UKGC but they are not under them .. If there is anyone who can help me out in getting my funds , I am ready to pay 1K
