Οι υπέροχες κριτικές εδώ είναι τόσο γελοίες 😀 και δεν ξέρετε ποιος είναι πιο γελοίος, το καζίνο που πρέπει να δωροδοκήσει τους παίκτες του με δωρεάν περιστροφές ή τα άτομα που παραπλανούν εν γνώσει τους άλλους ανθρώπους με τις ψεύτικες κριτικές τους για μερικές άσκοπες δωρεάν περιστροφές. Παίζω εδώ και πολύ καιρό και έχω δοκιμάσει πολλά καζίνο Versus Odds, κάθε καζίνο από αυτόν τον πάροχο είναι απίστευτα κακό. Οι κουλοχέρηδες στα καζίνο από αυτόν τον πάροχο δεν παράγουν κέρδη, το RTP στα καζίνο Versus Odds είναι πολύ κάτω από το μέσο όρο και άθλια χαμηλό.

We also mentioned in the thread that the casino had a promotion and all user reviews that belonged to this package were deleted. Σχολίασα εδώ μόνο επειδή ένας Romi απέρριψε την κριτική μου, η σωστή κριτική πιο πάνω στη σελίδα. Δεν καταλαβαίνω γιατί δεν έγραψα τίποτα προσβλητικό ή συγκαταβατικό, απλά έγραψα την αλήθεια για το καζίνο σε κανονικό τόνο. Οπότε σχολιάζω εδώ όταν οι κριτικές απορρίπτονται χωρίς λόγο.

Το RTP είναι εξαιρετικά χαμηλό. Το χαμηλότερο RTP που έχω βιώσει είναι σε αυτό το καζίνο και σε άλλα από αυτόν τον πάροχο. Η μεγαλύτερη νίκη που είχα σε αυτό το καζίνο ήταν 30€. Έχω ήδη καταθέσει αρκετά σε αυτό το καζίνο, ανεξάρτητα από τον κουλοχέρη που παίζετε, δεν υπάρχει καμία πιθανότητα να κερδίσετε. Μπορείτε να ξεχάσετε να παίζετε με υψηλά πονταρίσματα εδώ, καθώς δεν θα κερδίσετε τίποτα και το υπόλοιπό σας θα φύγει σε λιγότερο από 5 λεπτά. Αυτό το καζίνο είναι ένα από τα χειρότερα της αγοράς και αυτή είναι ακριβώς η αλήθεια.

It's actually not a bad review, you put some pros and cons in there. I understand that you didn't have a good time in the casino and the RTP was at freezing point for you. But the whole text was basically about the fact that you didn't manage to win anything. So the reason why the review was rejected came to you. If it doesn't revolve around that one thing, then your review will be approved. Feel free to include the good things in the text, you can also say that you think RTP is wrong, that's not a problem. But if you just put it down to the fact that you didn't win, then it won't be approved because it's not a casino review.

Εντάξει, θα το λάβω υπόψη στις επόμενες κριτικές μου 🙂 αλλά αν δεν βρω τίποτα καλό για ένα καζίνο, είναι πραγματικά δύσκολο για μένα να αναφέρω κάτι καλό. Υπάρχουν πολλά καζίνο που σκέφτομαι πολύ καιρό και δεν μπορώ να βρω ούτε μια θετική πτυχή, συνήθως γράφω "γρήγορη κατάθεση" ως θετική πτυχή γιατί αυτό είναι το μόνο πράγμα που λειτουργεί πάντα καλά σχεδόν σε κάθε καζίνο 😀

It's okay if you don't find something positive about the casino. Your experience may be so negative somewhere that it really is that way. And we have no problem to approve even such a user review. But the important thing is that, as I mentioned before, it's not all about the fact that you lost. 

Players can mention support, games, providers, RTP and various other things that come to mind. It's mainly to give the players the most out of it, because sometimes I don't see the narrative value in a review where I would write that I didn't win. Basically, I don't learn anything else about the casino. 

So that's just my advice and I don't take it badly at all. You've kept a great approach to it and not everyone would have handled it like you did. Rather they would talk about how we are one with the casino because we rejected the review.

I just wanted to add that you wrote nice support in the pros, so maybe there was at least something good there after all. 🙂

Indeed we did that action on our own, without consulting with CasinoGuru Team firstly about it, and once we realized the mistake we did, it was already too late...

We have never encouraged players to write good reviews about Stupid casino, of course we like those but we can only improve our services through the bad reviews that we get.

It is in human nature to give a good feedback if the reward is promised, but such fake reviews doesnt help us either..

Anyway we apologize for the mess that we created, It was not pleasant for us, nor for the CasinoGuru team.

I would like to say that you have not been the only one with this idea. Avoiding such trends can feel like a huge disadvantage because of the fierce competition, especially in the gambling sector. It is fair to say that I can not think of another casino that was so courageous to admit their "mistakes" publicly. 🙂
