Won around $2700 on blackjack and then couldn’t withdraw it. At first I didn’t understand what was wrong, then support told me I still had wagering left from the bonus. I honestly didn’t notice that before.

Live chat was not very helpful at first, mostly generic replies. Later they connected me with another operator who actually explained everything and told me how much I still needed to wager.

So in the end it was clear what happened, but while finishing the wagering I lost around $840 from the balance, which obviously wasn’t great.

Probably I should have checked the bonus terms better from the start, but still not the nicest experience.
