What you've been through reminds me of the discussion I had with our mediator a month ago or so. I realized more players shared that operators started to enforce a rule saying that all funds on the player's account will be voided if the player asks for the account closure. It was presented that this rule is supposed to shield the casino from players who aim to speed up the withdrawals or bypass the withdrawal limit. However, I'd say it plays a significant role under such circumstances when the player asks for the account closure. Imagine you have been struggling to withdraw for, let's say, a few weeks, your account is fully verified, all is ready to go, and once you get full of it and decide to close your account, no funds will be sent?

In my opinion, this is excessively harsh.
