Just to be sure here though, did the casino explicitely tell you why the bonus winnings can't be withdrawn?

yes the casino answer to me that the winnings is money that came from bonus(of course i wager them due to wagering instructions) and due to local restrictions(i suppose because of Greek laws) they cant withdraw to me. if the money wasn't from the bonus there is not a transaction issue...they didnt mention anything about VPN (i registered as a Greek citizen and it passed

If the bonus was available to you as a player from Greece without using a VPN, then it seems the casino didn’t set up their system properly, and in that case it would be fair for them to honor the winnings.
However, if the bonus only became available because you connected through a VPN set to another country, then that’s most likely the reason why you could claim it in the first place, and the casino would be entitled to reject the winnings.
That’s why it’s important to clarify whether the VPN actually caused the bonus to appear for you.

hi again.after chating with some guyz from the support they told me that i can withdraw the amount of 120 euros but i have to send them id files and prove of house living.i did it and everything seems ok waiting the confirmation.the confirmation passed but now there is a new problem... read plz

Oh, I see now. So, It looks like the main issue here is not the VPN anymore but the way you redeemed several free bonuses in a row. Most casinos don’t really intend their promotions to be used without deposits in between, after all, the casino business model isn’t based on players only playing for free. So it is quite standard that from time to time a deposit is required.
On the other hand, it feels very unfair that the casino allowed you to claim and play those free bonuses, and only after you won and asked to withdraw, they pulled out all the reasons why your play was "invalid". If they had a proper software restriction in place, this situation wouldn’t even be possible, I'd say.
The "mixed funds" rule is also very questionable in practice. Treating a leftover balance of $5 as a violation can be problematic, because some free bonuses have a max bet of $2–$5, which means you can hardly get rid of the last few dollars without "mixing funds". From a technical point of view it makes sense in their rules, but from a practical point of view it’s almost impossible to follow perfectly.
So in reality, you can still play through the €120, but the situation opens up a strange alternative, of course: what if you get lucky and win even more with it? The casino would still consider it "invalid winnings," so you would never be able to withdraw anyway.
That’s why they offer you the option to "reset the balance". It’s basically their way of solving this contradiction: the money is there, but officially it doesn’t mean anything.
Unfortunately, the safest way to avoid such situations is to always request a withdrawal immediately after wagering the winnings from a free bonus. That way, you don’t risk falling into these "technicalities" that the casino can use to void your balance.
