The best move is to find out what's actually happening and that includes asking at the casino. Did anyone from the casino explain the situation to you? Are you in contact with someone, please?

You should ask execution date to your withdrawal requests of finance department.

I asked, and they gave it. They paid exact date what was given 😊

It's irritating to wait winnings, when there is no info , when funds will be delivered 🤷‍♂️

I believe Joossi gave us a fantastic hint here, and in my opinion, it quite fits the situation. I don't know what you've said to the casino, but asking for a deadline is beneficial since it lets you skip the daily routine. Reminder is a reminder, but a date is quite concrete information one can work with.

Of course there is still a fair chance you won't get one, but I would try that. Perhaps we will be surprised soon. 🤞

Hello, I suggest your girlfriend join us here so I can propose a complaint. If it is her account, she needs to act.

You may complain with us too, but the way I see it, she made the mistake of providing your bank details while you used the same in the very same casino; this is very unfortunate. My colleagues may at least investigate the options.
