I have been in similar positions to you in the past and it is frustrating when you lose huge amounts of money and try to find anyway you can to get it back.

Unfortunately unless you can prove that there was an actual fault in the game then you just have to accept the fact that the money is gone.

Three weeks ago I won $45,000 on Roobet - i tried to withdraw and it said my account has been frozen and I am unable to withdraw.

I have spent the last 3 weeks speaking to live chat and they have been extremely vague. They said the 'bets were under investigation'.

Last week I received a message saying the review process had been completed and I would hear back the next day.

I am yet to receive any additional information, they have not asked for any information from me or explained what the situation is.
