I’ve been trying to submit the complaint but the bar that says "submit complaint" won’t work when I go to submit everything

Could you please try to open a complaint from another device, clear cookies, or try another browser? If that doesn't work either way, we'll try to find out where the problem is.

Yeah I’ve been waiting since the 19/3 and they said it would be finally transferred and received within this week but it’s 4:30pm on Friday so I’ve lost hope now

Hi, in your situation I would also recommend filing a complaint. Our team would try to help in some way, although it is not a guarantee that you will get money, but you don't have to invest anything except your time. 

It would definitely be a good step because if the casino doesn't try to resolve the whole case, it will affect the safety index and so at least a small satisfaction would be that other players would run into it in the future. 

I see that they basically say the same thing to every player, which is that the money will come by the end of the week, but still nothing happens. 

So what do you think, are you going to go for it ?

They asked and I gave hoping it would mean payment but all the time knowing they didn't need them as according to them had already processed payment once it was just another stall tactic

Yeah they asked for bank statements but did not need them to reschedule .

hope is gone , goodluck I hope I’m wrong and you guys get your withdrawals

In can't happen to anyone else though they are closing no one except people with pending withdrawals can access there sight and even then ya can't deposit so they don't care prove me wrong I've had a complaint submitted here and I'm waiting for any action to occur

My Mrs also recieved hers no drama week before I withdrew mine so around the 7/4 and I withdrew on 14/4

What’s frustrating is that they keep leading us on and giving us false hope. That’s worse than them just shutting down and telling us we won’t be getting it

Um, sure? From what I've seen you've replied 3 times already so if the problem persists definitely let me know, but I have a feeling you've managed it.

Well yes, according to what I saw on our website and what Radka wrote before, they have a Curacao license. 

As for your complaint, I saw it and Pavel contacted the casino, so we will see what can be done and hopefully they will cooperate with us and everything will be solved. 

As they say, "hope dies last."
