Update, They paid me 2 withdrawals of 750.

I’ve been waiting since June 18. It is now July 11th.

Now I am trying to initiate another withdrawal and it keeps saying "unexpected error occurred" it’s been more then 24 hours and I have no pending withdrawals at the moment. What is the problem here? They just delay delay delay in hopes you play back your winnings and they keep doing this to every new person. That’s why they have high payout percentage. Because they don’t pay people for weeks at a time. Just a terrible, terrible casino. They will get shut down by the authorities. This is absolute bullshit.

Oh, waiting a month for wins and still not having them all is terrible. 

Did you also ask them what is to blame for not being able to select another withdrawal?

I would be in the end with my nerves if I'm honest.

now they are saying they are reviewing my account. I’m already verified and I’ve already received 2 withdrawals. I feel like they are looking for an excuse to confiscate my winnings. I won over 100,000 CAD. This is absolutely ridiculous. They do this to everyone and it’s not right.

Hi Romi,

They just unblocked my withdrawals today. So since June 18 I have only received 2 withdrawals. It is now July 14.I wrote support about 5 times over the weekend. None of them gave me an explanation. I did not use any bonuses as I know they can cause issues.

I am hoping from here on in this won’t be an issue.

have you received continued payments? I’ve only received 2 withdrawals since June 18 of 750 each. They finally unblocked my withdrawals. I don’t think we are gonna get the full amount of our winnings. I just hope I get something. I’ve been reading a lot about this casino empire and it’s not good.

Well that makes me happy. I’m hearing all these horror stories about this company that owns all these casinos. That apparently they aren’t licensed and filed for bankruptcy last year. Who knows??? I ve only gotten 2 withdrawals. I just submitted my 3rd withdrawal today. So I’m hoping to get one tomorrow. Fingers crossed. Thanks for replying🙂

Hey there Roman,

how has it been going? Have you been receiving your withdrawals? I have received 5 payments in like over 5 weeks. I have been waiting now for another 3 withdrawals for 8 days. I just can’t believe how long they hold people’s money for. Let me know if you’ve been receiving yours consistently. I’m always worried they just gonna shut down one day and we’ll all be out of our money.

It should be written in the terms exactly, though. Usually there is written that if you cancel the bonus, you will lose this and that.
