My story probably isn't any different.. a full week ago, I made a withdrawal after a legitimate deposit and play through was complete. Did not use any Bonus. THEY ARE NOT PAYING ME! I have e-mailed [email protected] & [email protected] multiple times yet not one reply. The people that get on chat just copy/paste the same answer over and over with no helpful information of when one can expect any progress at all. I asked the chat with a Supervisor and was told there wasn't one?? How can that be? I had my KYC verified 2 months ago. I am a legitimate depositor, no bonus. It’s been over a week now and I still get the same clipboard responses such as:
