Something is seriously wrong here. I actually DID get paid a 10K withdrawal about a month and half ago then i requested another 10K from the SAME WINNINGS and it has been held up ever since.

I currently have around 30K on my account with a 10K pending for over a month.

After talking to support multiple times they are "waiting for the game provider to approve the winnings" which I'm telling them makes no sense because my last withdrawal is from the same winnings lol.

Waited three months for a payout that continued to just stay in "pending status". Decided to revert it and try my luck with requesting a payout less than half the amount. Well. Hi, if you've been waiting this long, that's pretty sad. I wanted to recommend filing a complaint right away, but from what I can see, we've already tried to help and the casino hasn't responded.

This is exactly how it shouldn't be, so I don't know if you'll get your money back.

In any case, did the casino say anything specific about why you've been waiting so long and why you still don't have your money? I can't even imagine what could delay a withdrawal for so long.

Γεια σας, πήρα 21 δωρεάν περιστροφές εκεί με έναν κωδικό μπόνους. Hey, okay, so is that mentioned somewhere in the Terms, or not? Have you had any communication with them about this? I think it’s important that they know how to back it up if any restrictions apply to you.
